Stacy Pearson
Stacy Pearson Stacy has served in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President for Finance and Administration for the past 19 years, most recently at Washington State University and Boise State University prior to that. Her career in higher education spans over 30 years including the Oregon University System and the Idaho State Board of Education. Her leadership experience covers many disciplines including board relations, governance, organizational effectiveness, finance, treasury, budget, capital planning, information technology, human resources, governmental relations, internal audit, ethics, compliance, risk management, real estate, emergency management, and campus safety and security.
Stacy has been an active participant and presenter for higher education professional organizations including the National Association of College and University Business Officers (“NACUBO”). She currently serves on several boards including the Boise State University Foundation, Inc., Friends of Idaho Public Television, the Downtown Boise YMCA Project Task Force, and The Cabin.
Past board appointments include College Spark Washington, Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport, and the Saint Alphonsus Health System. She previously served as a commissioner for the Capital City Development Corporation in Boise Idaho. She received a Distinguished Alumni Award from Boise State University and was named as the Idaho Business Review’s Woman of the Year for 2013.
Stacy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Idaho and a Master of Public Administration degree from BSU.
