Brandon Helgeson

Brandon Helgeson is an associate attorney at Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley LLP specializing in public finance (a.k.a, bonds), municipal law, energy, and public utility regulation. He also regularly works in the areas of banking and real estate law, helping clients navigate complex commercial real estate transactions.

Brandon graduated from the College of Idaho magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Economy in 2017, where he also played lacrosse and later coached post-graduation. Brandon then went on to law school, receiving his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2021, despite his avid support for Bronco Athletics.

Brandon is a Boise native and is passionate about reading anything that isn’t a contract, code book, or legal treatise (at least outside of work hours). He currently lives in Boise with his wife, their two mini-dachshunds and cat, spending his free time reading, cooking, cycling, and traveling.
