Advanced Poetry with Kerri Webster

  • Online (via Zoom) (map)

Do you miss discussing poetry with your MFA program peers? Or are you a Cabin workshop devotee who feels ready to deepen your poetic practice? If so, join us for a five-week, online poetry workshop with award-winning poet Kerri Webster, author of four books of poetry: Lapis (Wesleyan University Press, 2022), The Trailhead (Wesleyan, 2018), Grand & Arsenal (University of Iowa, 2012), and We Do Not Eat Our Hearts Alone (University of Georgia, 2005).

This poetry workshop is open to those who have previously taken a Cabin poetry workshop or who have an MFA and are ready to take the next step in their work. Participants will be selected on the basis of submission of 3 to 5 poems and the workshop will be limited to 8 participants.

The application period for this workshop has ended. Thank you to all of you who submitted an application, we will be in touch shortly!

This workshop will be held online. You must have the Zoom app downloaded and a reliable internet connection to access your class meetings.
