Celebrate beer and banned books with us at Payette Brewing! On Monday, June 26th, from 6-10 PM, head down to Payette Brewing to raise a pint with folks from The Cabin and Rediscovered Books. Bring along your favorite “challenged” book to donate to the banned book swap, shop for a paperback or three from Rediscovered Book’s pop-up store, enter to win book giveaways from The Cabin, or just hang out and have a brew with your favorite literary arts nonprofit and local indie bookstore. 

The evening is part of Payette’s Kegs 4 Kause program, benefiting Idaho nonprofits. A portion of proceeds from beer sales from 6-10 PM will benefit Cabin programs like Writers in the Schools, Summer Writing Camps, and Read Freely, a partnership with Rediscovered Books that donates important titles that have frequently been censored or banned.
