Our esteemed supporters come together to celebrate, discover The Cabin’s ongoing impact, and learn about our plans for meeting the needs of our growing community. This fast-paced fundraiser concludes just before The Cabin’s Readings & Conversations lecture begins.

Classic Dual Entree Dish

Lemon Artichoke/Chicken - Pan seared chicken breast smothered in roasted artichoke and lemon cream sauce

Butchers Cut/Block - Hells Canyon ember kissed tri-tip hand carved on our hot granite accompanied by Boise River foraged mushrooms and sage demi-glace

Vegan Dish

Indigenous Pot/Pie - Roasted red Pontiac potatoes, split green gram lentils, organic heirloom carrots, thyme-soaked celery, and snow peas topped with Idaho Mills organic whole wheat sourdough crust.

Each meal will be served with Idaho Garden Vegetables grilled summer squash, field to fork green beans and roasted baby heirloom peppers tossed in garlic olive oil and sea salt, alongside Idaho whipped potatoes smashed with local whole whipped butter, fresh cracked pepper and French cream.
